As a baker and a mom, I believe in wholesome ingredients to produce the tastiest product - I never use artificial ingredients and only use artificial colors when requested by you.

My name is Amrin and I am the owner of Ammy's bake shop. I have been baking since as long as I can remember. I think I started with rice krispy treats (which I think most of us did) and then I moved onto cupcakes, cakes and eventually found myself making sophisticated desserts. Now I do it all!!

My love for baking grew even more when I married a man with a very sweet tooth!! I would make him elaborate cakes for his birthday until the kids came along. Once they were old enough to tell me what kind of cake they wanted, I was in full swing, baking cakes and cupcakes for their birthdays and school parties. 

Now, I love to bake and decorate... and I am as passionate about making anything from an elaborate cake to a simple chocolate chip cookie. I have been encouraged to open my own "bake shop" by my friends and family and especially my kids.
